Early on in our hostel’s history we had a couple meet under our roof and eventually wed. Tova and Garen were the first!
Since then we’ve had more couples meet and make a life-long connection here. We used to keep track of the number but they have become almost too numerous to count!
This year, there will be four more (that we know of)!
1) Jonno and Madders, two founding members of the infamous “Lager Louts” and “Anilmalettes” are engaged in OZ!
2) Renae from Oz and Dave from the U.K. ae also engaged.
3) Big Stew and Little Katy are getting married in Venezuela.
4) Hailey (a former staff member) and Lourens (from Capetown) are getting married too!
That’s four more happy unions this year alone!
